Celebration of a Marriage
The word ‘Love’ in the English language is somewhat limited, we use it to express love for another person or love for an object or thing: you can love someone but you can also love chocolate. In Greek there are a several different words for love, one of which is Agape. Agape is the highest manifestation of love, it expresses a love that is empathetic, unconditional, selfish, self-sacrificing, perfect. It is this love that I believe two people feel for one another when they wish to make a mutual commitment in marriage.
"Simon's warmth, humour and kindness came through throughout the ceremony and made it so individualised and true to who we are as a couple."

Wedding
Getting married is probably the biggest event that one will experience in life, especially if it’s for the first time, and the involvement of celebrant of choice in this important event is becoming more popular, especially when people opt for a non-church wedding but want more than just a registry office service.
Weddings involve a significant amount of planning often over several months and can be quite stressful, a celebrant can help you plan your service, help you navigate the etiquette, and guide you through the central part of your celebration.
Renewing Vows
Often combined with a milestone anniversary renewing one’s wedding vows is a romantic way of expressing one’s continued commitment to the promises one made to each other when you were first married and can include a celebration planned to be every bit as spectacular or even more so than one’s original wedding, including people such as your children and grandchildren who weren’t involved in the original event.
